How long does verizonwireless take to ship a cell phone?

i ordered it on a Monday and now its Sunday when will it come? they said it would come on Thursday but it didn't??

    Either they screwed up at the warehouse or it got lost in the mail. The problem may be the shipping service. See if you can get a tracking # on the order. If they don't have one that probably means someone dropped the ball and didn't ship your phone. In any case the only thing to do is to contact them and find out what the hold up is.
